OFSI amends Russia listing & extends Syrian humanitarian GL

OFSI have amended Oleg Mashtalyar’s Russia sanctions listing, amending the statement of reasons. OFSI have extended the Syrian Humanitarian General Licence INT/2023/2711256 by 6 months until 14 August 2024.
